The data controller for personal data processed through this website and the GangePlug plugins is Angelo C., trading as GangePlug, reachable at support@gange.wtf.

We collect only the minimum data necessary to deliver and manage your license:

• Email address — provided at checkout via Stripe. Used to deliver your license key and to authenticate you at /manage.
• Device name — sent by the plugin at activation time. Used to display which machine holds your active license inside your dashboard.
• Activation location (anonymous) — an approximate geographic location (country/region level) is logged when the plugin activates. No IP address is stored. Used only for internal, aggregated usage analytics.

We do not collect payment card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe.

• Email address & device name: Art. 6(1)(b) — necessary for the performance of the license agreement between you and GangePlug.
• Anonymous activation location: Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in understanding where the product is used, in a fully anonymized form that cannot be used to identify you.

• Email address and device name are retained for the lifetime of your license and for a reasonable period thereafter to support warranty and refund obligations.
• Anonymous activation data is retained indefinitely in aggregated form; it cannot be attributed back to you.

Stripe processes your payment. When you check out, Stripe receives your email address and payment details. Stripe acts as an independent data controller and its own Privacy Policy applies.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third party.

This website does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or any third-party scripts that collect personal data. No cookie banner is shown because none is required.

Your email address and device information are accessible only to the GangePlug system and to you through your personal dashboard at /manage. No other person or organization can access your data.

As a data subject under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — obtain a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations).
• Restriction — ask us to limit processing in certain circumstances.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@gange.wtf. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the plugins or website after such changes constitutes acceptance.
