These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of audio plugin software ("Plugins") sold through gange.wtf ("the Website"), operated by Angelo C., trading as GangePlug. By purchasing or activating a Plugin you agree to these terms.

Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Plugin on your own machines for music production purposes, in accordance with these terms.

You may not:

• Sell, resell, rent, lend, or otherwise transfer the license or the Plugin files to another person.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
• Use the Plugin to create competing audio plugin products.

Each license key allows one simultaneous activation on one machine at a time. You can deactivate your current machine and activate a new one at any time through your self-service dashboard at gange.wtf/manage.

Circumventing, cloning, or sharing the license key is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate revocation of the license without refund.

All prices are displayed on the Website at the time of purchase and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. GangePlug never receives or stores your card details.

We offer a 14-calendar-day, no-questions-asked refund on all Plugin purchases. To request a refund, email support@gange.wtf within 14 days of your purchase date, quoting your order email address. Upon approval the license key is revoked and the refund is processed via Stripe to your original payment method.

After the 14-day window, refunds are not available unless required by applicable consumer protection law.

GangePlug provides free updates to purchased Plugins for the lifetime of the product. Updates are delivered through the same download link provided at purchase. No subscription or additional fee is required.

GangePlug reserves the right to discontinue a Plugin. In the event of discontinuation, the last released version remains yours to use indefinitely under the terms of this license.

All intellectual property rights in the Plugins — including source code, audio algorithms, presets, and branding — remain the exclusive property of Angelo C. / GangePlug. These Terms grant you a license to use the Plugin; they do not transfer any ownership rights.

The Plugins are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. GangePlug does not warrant that the Plugins will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GangePlug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data loss, or loss of business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the Plugins, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

GangePlug's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

GangePlug may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the revision. Material changes will be communicated via email to existing license holders. Continued use of the Plugins after any change constitutes acceptance.
